Bryan is a passionate leader with a love for technology, operational efficiency, and developing strong teams. As a creative problem solver, he does his best work in a dynamic environment which needs a motivated professional to tackle tough challenges.

Experienced building strong PE backed organizations (Encore Discovery Solutions, Ipro Tech & Innovative Driven).

Bryan's work passions cross over into his personal life having been a rock climber for over 20 years. Seeking out new climbs in wild destinations, planning the logistics, getting the adrenaline flowing, guiding the team, and enjoying the victory on top perfectly sum up what drives him in life and work.

As President for Innovative Driven, he is responsible for company strategic direction, technology innovation, staff development, and overall success of the organization.

As Chief Operating Officer for Innovative Driven, he was responsible day-to-day operations, policies, procedures including technology planning and implementation, and staff development.

At Ipro, he guided the product portfolio, leading the product teams & user experience teams. With Encore Discovery Solutions, he managed the web hosting department of 35+ individuals and oversaw the largest Relativity environment in the world (at that time). His experience with Deloitte and Ernst & Young saw him overseeing teams working around the world on large domestic and international litigations and investigations.
